- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
- Previous experience in development-related work or volunteer activities is desirable but not required.
- Practical experience working on real-world development challenges.
