Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to support sugarcane farming operations, including planting, harvesting, and crop management practices.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in agriculture, agronomy, environmental science, or a related field.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas as needed.
