Responsibilities

Rotational Learning: Engage in a comprehensive and structured rotational program across different departments within McCain Foods, gaining exposure to functions such as Production, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Project Work: Undertake challenging projects aligned with business needs, applying academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and contributing to the company's success.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the food industry and business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and gaining insights into the dynamics of a global food company.
Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance processes, products, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
Strong academic record and a passion for the food industry.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
