- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., International Development, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Sociology, etc.).
- Passion for international development, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural settings.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in community development projects or non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in the field of international development and rural community empowerment.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
