Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of various departments within GEPF.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in the public sector and pension industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer service.
