As a Human Resource Intern at GALXBOY, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations within a fast-paced fashion environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day activities and gain exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Policy and Procedure Support: Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
