Bosch Rexroth Africa is offering exciting Learnerships/Internships through the YES (Youth Employment Service) program. This program is designed to provide young individuals with valuable hands-on experience and training in the field of engineering, manufacturing, and related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions to gain practical experience in various aspects of drive and control technologies.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to learn about the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to support the maintenance and optimization of industrial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development opportunities to broaden knowledge and capabilities in relevant areas.
Qualifications
- Must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a relevant degree or diploma program in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
- Strong passion for engineering and technology with a desire to pursue a career in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Must be eligible to participate in the YES program.
