The Y4Y Program is tailored to equip participants with hands-on experience in a professional environment, preparing them for future employment opportunities. Successful candidates will be based in Gauteng at one of the following BMW facilities:
- Midrand Campus, Johannesburg
- Rosslyn Plant, Pretoria
- Menlyn (BMW IT HUB), Pretoria
The program seeks graduates with a University Degree or National Diploma in the following areas:
- Business Administration / Management Administration
- Risk Management / Insurance
- Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- Marketing
- LLB / Law
- Analytics / Business Analytics
- Information Technology (IT), including:
- JAVA Training Course
- Information Systems degree
- SAP System certificate
- ABAP Certification
- K1 experience level
- Computer Programming and Coding
- Graphic Design (with a major in UX)
- Computer Science
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Internal Auditing, or Tax
- Political Sciences
- Engineering (BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical)
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Public Relations / Communications / Journalism
- Business Management
- Early Learning Centre / Diploma in Teaching
To qualify for this program, candidates must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Have completed their studies.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have not participated in a Yes4Youth program before.
